I think you just have to keep trying to find what works for you. If you have to have these foods in the house maybe you can find an alternative that works for you.

I keep treats in the freezer for those moments that I really need something. Right now I have some brownies that I made with almond flour and xylitol. I keep them in the freezer so that they are out of sight and not an everyday must have something treat. I can go days with out touching them, just knowing they are there and I can have one is enough for me.

I also make my "bread" every week on Sunday night (it is a low carb foccacia with flax meal) and it is there in case I get hungry and need something quick. Toast it with some laughing cow cheese and craving taken care of.

Have go to snacks that will nourish your body and soothe your mind!
