Ok we're home and back on track. There was a night of burgers that wasn't according to my plan but overall, I did pretty good sticking to plan. The one meal of dairy and grains plus a few extras and all the traveling in the car and I was up to 250.6 on Wednesday morning
I'm back on plan and shed back down to 244.6 this morning. Thankfully, we have no more trips planned for awhile.
