Kailpea everyone has moments (or in my case lately lots
) were we just spurlge a little too much, but there is always the next day to do better. And I have been making turkey bacon, a scrambled egg, and a piece of whole wheat toast the night before and reheating at work for breakfast. It helps. Although I take a chia pumpkin/banana muffin that I made every now and then to change it up from time to time.
I am back down to 242.0 this morning.
Fingers crossed it is a downward trend.
