Thank you Karin! I was determined not to put any of those pounds back on lol. I even did research on it lol. I decided to resist the urge to just jump back into eating full calories since my metabolism could have been affected from not eating. So I started introducing calories slowly each day until I'm back up to my normal range for weight loss. It's been working!
