Want to recommit to losing. Yesterday was the 2nd anniversary of my husband's death. While not binging, I seem to just munch all day on OK foods. Going back to my journal this morning and taking it with me all day. Up a pound.

I would love to join your group. I was almost to onderland last year. After loosing 65lbs, I stopped being healthy and gained 44 back. Now I am back to doing what needs to be done to get this weight off.
237 today so 37lbs is a good goal for 5 months. My ultimate goal is 175. But first onderland.
Starting again after being lazy and gaining back 40 of the 65 I lost in 2013. I know what needs to be done and am doing it. Starting back on track June 25, 2014.

Me.. Closer still only 13.4 lbs to go.. Shoot that is 2 months of woosh weeks and I will do it... soooooo maybe by September?! .. But for now.. I am taking it day by day and getting back to basics and telling myself that what I want (not on plan) will be there tomorrow if I still want it and to eat what is good for me! and LOSE!
