Hope you don't mind if I join even though Valentine's Day is only 9 days away. I've had my own "challenge" to lose a certain amount by Valentine's Day and was not aware there was an official thread for it. I changed the dates to reflect when I actually weighed in, a couple of weeks ago I decided on Sundays for my weigh in day. Here I go!
Challenge 1: New Years Day to Valentine’s Day (January 1st to February 14th)
Valentine's Day Goal Weight: 190 lbs
Start Weight 01/01/2014: 200
1/8/2014: 197
1/19/2014: 195
1/28/2014: 194
2/2/2014: 193
End Weight 02/14/2014:
I have to lose 3 pounds! My last weigh in was on Sunday so it will be 3 pounds in 12 days, let's see if I can do it
