Great job everybody, TOM reared it's ugly head on weigh in day. Hopefully that doesn't mean it will hit for Valentines day challenge. I need to get focused for this next month and step up my exercise game and hopefully the diet follows. Ugh.

Hi guys sorry I was belated posting. I was a lump all Sunday and should have gone online. I was busy Friday and by the time I got home to log on I passed out. Slight loss for the week. Hoping this week will be more on target. I am going to push myself for 2 workouts a day. At least 45 minutes for one and 30 minutes for the other. Off today so going to play with my son's xbox 360 fitness trainer and zumba workouts. That's after I take the dog to the vets and run a few errands. Going to head out for a 30 minute walk this morning before bringing him to the vets. Brrr it was 12 degrees when I dropped the kids off.
