akelly, You're doing great  We can only do so much to please others and no matter how hard we try some people will never appreciate our true value/worth. But we know and the people that truly love us accept us just as we are  and we've got each other which I am just fine with ... our friend Kukkie once said, she finds it easier to talk on here because we don't know each other, other than our virtual worlds. And I think that may be true because I sure feel better when I'm having a bad day after talking with you all 
I was down .2 today to 169 even. Don't know how much longer this down trend will last. I really need to get back to the gym, but finances and gas aren't allowing that at the moment. I was gonna do just dance 2 but it's getting late and I want to catch up here  silly I know and my baby's watching her shows so not this evening

As for me, just keeping on keeping on. Had a bad day today, so just need to put it behind me and move on.

Ugh, I feel your pain Rennie... I'm stuck in 233's. Bouncing from 233.8 to 233.4, now at 233.2. This stupid scale is making me earn every .2 - I need a whoosh to help my mentality!!
In other news...I fly into Atlanta (home) tomorrow. Don't know if you guys have heard, but man it's a crazy place. So sad but a lot of positive stories are coming through with people just reaching out and helping strangers with food, place to sleep, etc. Stay warm everyone!!

The last time I chatted with her via PM she was doing good, trying to get back to it, but being a new Mom is a definite adjustment. I remember oh too well I wish she'd come back also. I miss her and the rest of the crew also. I do talk to some of them on FB from time to time it's nice to see them also (a face to a name) Sam is on there we have our own private group
I am wondering if I up my calories every two days will that help move the scale. I need to try calorie cycling again and see what it will do. No I haven't heard anything what happening in your neck of the woods? I avoid the news s much as possible.

Wow, a second time?? How did you get so lucky ??? haha! Hope it goes quickly for you, but congrats on seeing 168! That's amazing!!!!
I had a bounce up to 234.4 (was 233.2 yesterday). Sooooo frustrating b/c I haven't been able to use the restroom all freaking week. So OF COURSE as soon as I get to work today, all bummed out....the flood gates opened LOL. TMI I know, but dang why couldn't that happen BEFORE weigh in. Blah.
Travel day!!! Home for 3 weeks straight - I can barely contain myself!!!

Thanks akelly, I think it's this age  because my cycle has been a hit or miss since August. LOL, I'll tell you the misses are scary at my age but it's a blessing since my flow is so heavy. Not TMI at all, I am not regular so when I do go it's usually away from home drives me nuts. But hey when you get on the scale in the morning after a good BM it'll be down. Just remember water water water I am happy for you ...3 weeks is GREATTTTT  AKELLY

Happy last day of January friends!!!! The scale teased me....my goal was 10 pounds down - 232.2 So, it let me lose 2 whole pounds...but still .2 shy from my goal. Oh that thing almost went out the window into the melting snow!!! But, I will take it because 9.8 pounds down this month is a great start, especially with the struggles I had at the beginning of the month!
Happy Friday, happy start of the weekend, happy end of January, and see you all in the February threads!!
