I haven't seen one posted for this month so let's here your reasons!
Hard to believe we are so close to the end of the year already, time is flying!

What is YOUR reason for staying on plan today?



Mine is because I am trying to develop healthier habits for life, staying on plan puts me closer and closer to having that new habit!

Because I want a week of true success by completing my weekly food logs and doing the exercises I promised myself I would do last week!

I will stay on my plan today because I DESERVE IT!
I DESERVE to be fit,lean and healthy.

More so,I will stay on my plan today to keep my SANITY and feel a sense of accomplishment

I have to fight the tendency of stinkin' thinkin' to give up because I'm not progressing. As long as I am still moving and watching what I put in my mouth then I am progressing no matter what the scale says.

Nothing tastes as good as seeing that scale weight go down to the next decade, or having nothing to wear because your clothes are too baggy!

Fell off the wagon, time to hop back on! Re-losing ~25 pounds.

Mini Goals
Goal #1 - Closer to 200 than 300 (249 met on 12/11/13)
Goal #1.5 - Get back down to 248 pounds!
Goal #2 - 100 total pounds lost (230 met on x)
Goal #3 - ONEderland (199 met on x)
