Came back from my continuing ed with a flu bug and managed to put on a few pounds :-(
Oh well, no use crying over what happened yesterday, right? Onwards and downwards! I'm giving the bite counting thing a try for the next couple weeks. It takes about 5-7 days to establish your base and then you go from there, so it's a bit of a time commitment to see if it works, but then again, isn't any lifestyle change a time commitment?
Aw thanks! I saw 274.2 today, but then I had an amazing hamburger and a delicious milkshake for dinner, so I've probably pushed off the 260s for a few more days :-P
Had an epiphany a couple of days ago that I wrote about in my One Year of Accountability thread, so I switched up my diet plan. I know doing so is going to cause a slight gain so I am waiting until Sat or Sun to weigh in again. Hoping I am very close or below 280 by then!
Well, it's been nice being able to check in here! I weighed in today at 270, so with any luck, tomorrow I'll be moving on to the 260s and 250s thread. Hope to see you all there shortly!
Hi! I'm new on here. I have struggled with my weight since my early 20's. I am really focused now because my husband and I would like to start a family soon. I am trying to lose some weight first so I can be healthy. I heard about this site and thought it might be a good place to find some support and others like myself. I've been working out consistently and counting calories but been stuck the last few weeks. Hope to get the scale moving again.
