I typically hover from 270 - 280. I will start a plan get down to 260 then fall off and head right back to 280. I'm trying to get out of the 70's/80's and stay out!
I weighed in this morning and am 279.2, down .8 since I started 2 days ago. Hopefully I can get more exercise in this weekend and drop more. I'm doing the Halloween challenge and should be in the 260's by then!
Yay it's always great to see more people join!! I am back after a short break, I topped out again at 293, and have lost 6 pounds! Back at 287 and pushing hard to say goodbye to the 280s for good!!

Yep sadly weight been up & down a lot, but I seemed to finally find a plan thats working for me we can do this
Well, I am back for the hundredth time. Back up to 286.4. I have to get this weight off this time. My husband also needs to lose quite a bit of weight as well so hoping we can stick to it together. Our doctor retired without telling anyone and our new doctor wants to go over my husband's blood work soon. So afraid he will be like me with diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc. Doing it for health reasons together may be the trick this time. Here we go again!

It doesn't matter how many times you fall--only that you keep getting back up! With you and your husband working as a team, I bet this is the time will be the time you succeed. Good luck!
How is everyone doing this morning? My breakfast is completely off plan but I am not going to be off plan all day. I will have an on plan lunch and snack as well as dinner. I weighed 285.8 this morning, so hoping to make that an even 285 or lower by weigh in day Saturday!
Even though I know the "science" behind them, I guess . . . I still just don't understand my MASSIVE weight fluctuations. I was 271 three days ago. Today I'm 278. My clothes weren't fitting differently yesterday or anything though . . . I'm hoping it's water and plan to really watch my salt the next few days, but even I can't pretend I'll be back to my ticker weight anytime soon, so . . . moving it up. Sigh. Sorry for the downer post, but I _am_ feeling a bit down.
