Finally!! I was in a plato stuck at 288 for weeks. I BROKE IT!! Today was 284!! Feeling so much better its funny what 2 lbs can mean!

Wow! MB, Susie, and Rebecca *blowin' it up* in here! Nice work!

I'm still at 274.3 today--not too terribly bad considering this week I ate Chinese *twice*, Vietnamese once, and Lebanese the rest of the days. Basically, ALL the carbs. There are zero carbs left in the world for the rest of you. They are now in my tummy.

I didn't mind the carbs so much, though, because I also ended up having alcohol every night (part of it was that Roomie's mom was visiting with her Bottomless Wine Bottle).

Rough week. I spent Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and yesterday at the doctor and had not one but TWO separate cancer scares. One has been cleared (Way to go, ladyparts! Look at you being all not-cancery!); one still has to be evaluated (Get it together, thyroid!).

Still managed to get in four days of workouts, though! Go me!

I came in at 272.7 today!

(A good symmetrical number, and I saw a 270.6 on Sunday, so I'm feelin' optimistic!)

Just need to get all reflective on this, too--the docs are still investigating what's going on with my body, but in the meantime they've got me on iron, Vitamin D, and B12 supplements. (My Vitamin D was VERY, VERY low.)

After four months of intense workouts and diligent caloric restriction (I was 1200, now am at 1000), after two years of immobilizing injuries, I had only managed to lose about 7 lbs, which is what got me back to the doc.

These last few days, I'm feeling *better* (and have lost 2 lbs!). No more having to nap for 30 minutes just to have the strength to go to the gym. No more dread at the lack of scale motion. No more trying to make it through the day with brain fog. And, best of all, that pervasive sense of Complete Doom that I've been dealing with for so long has lifted a little.

I know I'm not 100%. TBH, I'm probably only about 60% . . . maybe 75%. And it's only now that I realize how much better I'm feeling that I can realize how sick I've been.

And, ya'll . . . my poor, poor body not only carried me through day-to-day life like this, it carried me to the gym. And onto my cardio route. And through my ridiculous, super-high-stress job. And it's been doing this with no access to any additional energy resources.

We've had our differences, my body and I (give or take four dress sizes worth of difference, in fact). But holy crap, ya'll . . . my body is a HERO.

I didn't think I was going to make it, but I did!!! 270.5!!

Normally, I hit my low on Sunday and it doesn't stick around till Tuesday . . .

I'm so excited!!

My last official weigh in (June 20) I weighed 280.4 in my birthday suit lol, now I am going for the 270's, hoping to make 279 by Friday (June/27). I had a rocky start this week w/my cheat day (I know, I know) and going a little over today (around 100 calories over). I still feel blessed to be here as up until mid-February I'd been stuck in the 300's for years.

I am happy to be in this thread! I just went through a wonderful first pregnancy and gave birth to my husband and I's healthy baby boy! I definitely put on baby weight but I was in the middle of losing weight when I got pregnant! rego Anyways I have lost 30 pounds since giving birth to our son in April and now is the time to finish losing not only the pregnancy weight but the weight I had left to lose before pregnancy!

I am not looking to be skinny, I love all of my curves and would like to tone/tighten them up a bit and be healthier! My goal is to be in the 205 range!

Congrats KTG1981! That is super exciting, I can't wait until I hit the 260's, but for right now I'll have to settle for 279!! I weighed in today and WITH my clothes on I came in at 279, happy girl here! lol I am 7 pounds to my goal before visiting my cousin in Memphis in about 5 weeks, I hope to hit goal by then (272 lbs.).

My weigh in Friday put me at 274, I have now lost 31 pounds since giving birth to our baby boy! I realize a lot of it was just baby/water weight but hey, I will happily take it! Plus for the past month since weight loss has slowed I now see a lot of it is now the actual weight on me, so I need to give myself more credit!
