After 9 months of very steady weight loss, I only lost .4 for October. But I'm hoping that was just a nice rest for my body and we'll kick it back into gear for November!

First Days
11/1: 280.8 - I was hoping to be in the 270's by now...
11/2: 279.8 - Sad day, we put out beloved dog of 13 years down this morning. I will not let my grief derail my progress.

11/3: 279.8 - I'm finally in the 270's! It feel like it took forever! Now, to zoom through these and hit the 260's!
11/4: 277.9 - I don't understand why I do this. I'm one weight for a couple days and then loose a large amount. Followed by a standstill or a gain.... so strange!
11/5: Las Vegas - No weigh in
11/6: Las Vegas - No weigh in
11/7: Las Vegas - No weigh in
11/8: Las Vegas - No weigh in
11/9: 279.8 - Not too bad after a few days in Las Vegas!

11/14: 277.0 - Goodbye water weight hello fat loss!
11/15: 276.8 - Finished my first day of the c25k workout! I'm loving it!
11/16: 276.4 - Yes! I love seeing the scale move down! I am so sore today however!

Well I burned 614 calories according to Nike+. I sure hope to see it on the scale in the morning. My norm for the first of the month is to have a gain so hopefully since I was mostly OP today with the exception of 11 Ritz Vegetable crackers I hope to see a lower number

All I'm going to track today is my mood. I don't think I'm going to survive this semester. Please someone remind me again why I've accumulated a lifetime of debt for professors to torture me in the name of education? oh and I've lost more weight. yay. now I go to sleep so I can wake up at 3am to have a panic attack. meh.

dolphin just know it will paid off in the end. I you. I wish I had done it when I was younger. Now I'm taking an online class for work. And I am finding it difficult to focus. I don't want to read what I need to read. But I am doing surprisingly well so far, by grace. Congratulatons on your weight loss so far No panic attacks Are you able to set up your ticker now? or Do you just not want to do one? Have a great day

woke up to a new low (for this journey) 183.8. I'm proud of me. I just hope I can make it through the weekend without screwing up. You all wish me luck. I need to focus and not allow the snacking monster to take over me

Hi Rennie!!! Glad to be back and committed - finally!!! My job has been insanely busy, but I'll try to check in every day.

WI this morning at 287.8 - ugh, seriously. UGH!!!
