Jingle Those Pounds Off Christmas Challenge

  • Don't let your fear of not being able to zip up your favorite Christmas dress take hold of you this holiday season! Let's get a head start and melt off a few pounds so that we may enjoy a cup of eggnog and a couple of Christmas goodies (if we choose to).

    Here's how it works:

    Every Friday Beginning NOVEMBER 1st, post your weekly weigh-in for that week.

    Be sure to pick a realistic goal-- it doesn't have to be your big end goal, but just something that you think you can reasonably reach in 8 weeks.

    I'm really looking forward to starting this challenge-- I've done these before and they have really helped. We can do it!!
