It was good, very low key. I meet up with some friends for dinner and we just hung out and chatted for a long time.

I'm looking forward to going home over the 4th and seeing my brothers again. I did peek at the scale this morning and it showed i was 2.4 pounds away from 300. So I got 3 full days to lose over 2 and a half pounds to make my goal (not likely). But stranger things have happened. It would be sweet if I was retaining water weight or something and tomorrow I show a huge drop!

All told, I am very happy by the loss in the month of June. I started off the month at 317 and to be this close to being under 300 by the start of July is not too bad....

Anyway, this forum is a great place and I am very glad I've found my way here and made it home.
