Yesterday I was paid one of the nicest compliments I've ever had. So grateful
- three days of food sanity, grateful
- willingness to listen to my cd's
- only a tiny bit of snow where there was a 'mountain' of left from the city snow plows. The kids loved making snowballs with only a sweatshirt or light jacket. It was funny and fun.

Hi bonnie! Yep.. this thread has been here for about 6 years (or so). It keeps me linked to this 3FC - regardless of me eating healthfully or not. (if been writing down daily gratitudes daily since 1998. Glad to see your post.
- predicted good weather today
- helpful neighbors
- water is tasting good
- friends, family, you all, internet, cell, fb
- insurance will pay for rental while my car gets fix.
- hot water when I need/want it

- Rachel saw leg surgeon and he said she doesn't have to go back.
- I think we will miss the freezing rain
- yesterday was beautiful weather!
- got some neck exercises that will put the close on my neck pain from the car accident

- picked up the car and it looks really nice
- plentiful water

- it was very cold yesterday.. but, the expected snow did not come
- Rachel had a good report from her surgeon. He discharged her.
- Mom and I ran lots of errands yesterday. Good for her to get out
- got the kitchen cleaned, almost done

- my car is fixed
