- I've had two solid days of food sanity. I am so grateful.

- DH got the garage door opener to work.

- My Mom decided to prepay her funeral. I had to plan it (that was weird) But, it's really a gift to me and sister to have it all taken care of.

- the school said they will reschedule me for another day. All the schools are closed in the state I think.

- it's only fitting that the wind chill is -20F today. Today is our anniversary and the weather was similar 36 years ago - when DH and I got married during a blizzard. (only a lot more snow in 1978) We were warm that day and today too - grateful for both

- Schools still closed because of the freezing cold weather and wind. So glad they are getting it right.

- churches and temples are opening their doors to the homeless - grateful. However, it must be addressed in the long run.

- GS called last night to wish me a Happy Anniversary. So sweet.

- DS is still so jazzed about this job - grateful

- DS is using the treadmill every day and he says it's making him feel better from his fibro. - grateful

- my adult neighbor came over last night to see if he could fix the garage door - after the kids told him it wasn't working. That was extra kind - as I didn't ask for help. He came on his own.

- Rachel went to the grocery store with an aid yesterday. She then found out she can have grocery delivery.
