I love chocolate but don't need any right now. I am trying to hold off on sweets now til easter. My goal is 199 by st pattys day. I am not sure if I can do it but going to really try. Off for a run now!

I saw 201.3 on the scale today. I can almost taste the 190s.

Woohoo on the scale movement, everyone!

I kept my 1# off. yay. (I wish he would have invited his buddies to go along with him.) I was too busy to eat much yesterday, so I hope I can keep it off this weekend.

What a sweet hubby, jillybean! I sent an email to mine warning him that if he brought home chocolates that I would do grave violence. He gave me strawberries this morning. yum.

Almost to onderland!!! Good job

Seemyfeet- I told hubby chocolates were a no no. He did buy some for our daughters and they were in the house but I resisted. The flowers were so beautiful.. did need anything else.

Scale showed 213.0 that is a current loss of 2.8 this week so happy. Official weigh day tomorrow so I hope it sticks.

Wow, jillybean, your ticker is showing a lot of progress! Surely you've been working on this longer than Dec?!?

My scale has had the exact same reading for 3 days now. I should be grateful that the wild bouncing has stopped, but i want to see me some weight LOSS! C'mon scales! Baby needs a new pair of shoes!

I've been exHAUSTed this weekend. It's been a busy week, but this seems a bit more than sleep deprivation. My DS was ill this week, so maybe I'm fighting that off?

Oh well....still enjoying my "new" pants!

Wow, jillybean, that's quite the jump!

seemyfeet, maybe the sleep deprivation is the thing making you not see any movement on the scale? I think this calls for a nice, long bath and then a good night's rest. Being exhausted makes me bloat like crazy.

Dec?? HEck no. I joined 3 chicks in dec when I saw a post on mfp. I still go to mfp for the calorie counter but the forum has a few bullies on Clean eating. Some people over there are very offensive to it. I still cannot figure out why but anyways it lead me here.. This is a very nice forum. Everyone has been really great.
I actually started may 28, so been doing this for about 9 months, with a set back for the holidays. Glad I found this forum though.

Default Back from Vegas, older, wiser? Heavier :(

It's true...I was away for a long scheduled vacation to Vegas for celebrating my 40th. I had fun and endulged...so I came back 5 lbs up.

But, back on program now! Glad to see the successes during my absence. Way to go!!

Happy belated birthday BuffieLynn! At least it was only 5 pounds. I've definitely gained 15 during a vacation, but it was totally worth it.

I wanted to make time for the gym today but I hurt my leg and shoulder last time. I don't want to push my luck, so it's stretching for me today.

BuffieLYNN!! Those 5lb were supposed to STAY in Vegas!! TripTripTrip--why are you hurting yourself in the gym?? Be careful, womman!!

Sigh...It seems like I'm never going to get out of this thread. I just moved my ticker yesterday (yay), but today I'm up FOUR pounds (booo). What the heck? Trying to be patient. It looks like my trajectory is to lose only 1.5lb per week. I know a loss is a loss, but with all the bouncing around my scale sometimes does, it's really hard to see those losses. I'm just plugging along on blind faith.....counting calories, plotting weight loss, avoiding many categories of food......I reckon I should be here another month....bear with me ladies...it's going to be a loonng, grumpy month!!

I know the feeling. I am back up this week after a family celebration. Scale was 218 yesterday. Today at 216.8. I am sure some of it still is water weight. When the scale bounces around like that it is usually water weight. Are you drinking lemon water, works like a dream for releasing that water.

I pulled something in my shoulder while doing a chest press. I was only using 20 pounds, but I think it's just a muscle I really don't have a lot of. Ughhh. It's feeling better now, but I think I'll need to just do some zumba for the next couple of days to avoid the weights.

I saw 199.9 on the scale today!!!! I probably won't call it until Sunday just so I can make sure.
