Finding your calorie "sweet spot" for loss
Just curious - if you count calories, how many do you have a day? For me, I found SO MUCH conflicting information online...telling me to eat anywhere from 1400 to 2300 a day (I exercise a lot). I finally went to a nutritionist, who told me that 1400 - 1600 is fine for weight loss but not to dip below 1400. She said that the weight loss margin is RAZOR THIN...eat a bit too much, you'll maintain or gain. Eat too little, your body will resist losing. It was so hard to find that 'sweet spot' for loss, which for me is around 1550 calories a day. I wanted to see where other people have been successful, too!
