Default Getting Sick And Need To Whine...

Yes you can all call the waaaambulance, but I just need to have a poor me moment LOL. Wouldn't you know my hubby leaves this morning on a guys weekend to Pittsburg to see the Bears Steelers game and I have to go and get sick. Yeah me and my 101.9 temp!!!!!! My 4 year old son just got over this and decided he loved me so much he wanted to share, I guess I should lay off on the listening and sharing lessons for a while.

In any event even though I am sick I want to eat everything in sight, and no not my carrots and almonds. One thing I have to give myself a pat on the back for is even thought I haven't made the best choices today I have stayed just at my calorie goal for today. The four 90 calorie fiber one lemon bars I ate though are far from my usually daily food choices.

We'll thank you all for listening and as soon as I can get my son to bed it's off to slumber land for the night!

Skinny Mini Goal #2 Hit 1/2 of total Goal weight 55lbs

Good for you for staying on track! When I was last sick (I was pretty much out of commission for a full week, I ate so much soup that week...) my boyfriend was sick as well and he made himself a lot of tasty seeming things to make himself feel better. For me it was soup, fruit, and yogurt, and I managed quite fine! I didn't even feel that left out, ha!

I do hope that you feel better soon, being ill is of course never any fun! Oh and sleep well!
