Monday September 16 is exactly 150 days until Valentine's day. I've decided to give myself a longer term challenge because I think it may keep me focused. Anyone in? Tell me what your goal is, what you're doing, what you're planning to reward yourself with.... Doesn't have to be a weight thing. Can just be an on plan or Fitness goal too!
So here's MY plan for the next 150 days:
80/20 balance: I want to be on plan most of the time, but I'm not going to beat myself up for things like Christmas
Minimum 1000 minutes of exercise per month, would prefer 1500
Ideally I would like to lose 35 pounds in this time frame (this is 21 weeks give or take, so that's just over a pound a week. This would put me at about 344.
Care to join me?
Oh. And if I make it... I'm banking my money right now for the ultimate do not need but oh so want luxury.... A Kate Spade purse.
