I'm excited for this challenge! I have been struggling with some serious back issues for the last few months, but I got the go ahead to start walking. I want to lose 50 pounds as a lofty goal. I think it's doable. Since I'm at my highest weight ever, I'm hoping it will come off more quickly at the beginning.
