HELLO NURSE Thank you for the lemon water suggestion. I am going to start that tomorrow. I finally got to the store and got lemons today. Weight did drop a little to 221.1 which I am happy with but if by next week I'm in the teens I would be thrilled.

I will get stuck at a weird random weight, but once I break through it I fall through the next few pounds with no problem for a couple weeks. Then the cycle happens again. I figure it's an apple/insulin thing.

215½ lbs at my weekly weigh-in this morning! That's a 2½ lbs weight loss from last week, so I'm still on target for the challenge I will completely flip out if I get under 200 lbs at some point.

Today was official weigh in day and it was 221.6, so still cruising along So far this month has been better than the last few, so I am pumped I thought the months of double digit losses were almost gone for me, so this gives me hope for the next few

Hey y'all just checking in to say well done to all of you keeping on with the losses, whether it's a whooshy week or a fought-for one pound loss, it sounds like everyone is on the path to onderland for sure!!

I was down to 217 yesterday which I was super pleased with and now I'm nearly half way to my onderland goal...exciting!!

HelloNurse, you're doing so great - onederland by Thanksgiving is incredible, you can definitely do it! And thanks for the lemon water tip, and I didn't know that about quinine either - very interesting! Shark week (lol) is approaching so this is perfect timing!!

HeidiNicole - You are cruising along, that's awesome! You've lost an amazing amount of weight already - I'm inspired!

Jenny - Halfway there with lots of time to go. It's going to be a winter onderland! I'm so happy for you and for me too - you are making me feel like it's going to be fine without the phen. I just got my new RX for 15mg, so tapering down now. Kinda bad timing with the holidays coming up, but I need to do this myself and so gotta start sometime.

Zoesmom - yay for movement! We are gonna see you in the 2teens thread soon :-) You've lost almost 70 pounds! That is kick ***

Today's my weigh day - I'm 208.6 this morning. I was stunned and I am so happy!! I can hardly believe I am seeing a number just over 200. Seriously, not since I was in my early 20's have I seen a number this low!
