I lost 5 lbs in August, shooting for the same in September, though I would love to see a 7.4 lb drop and be out of the 220s. But it took me almost 8 months to clear the 230s, so clearing the 220's in 2 months isn't super likely. We shall see.
I didn't join the August weight tracker read because I was on vacation the first week. I'm happy to be back at it! I was setting my monthly goals at 10 pounds, but I haven't achieved that since June, so I'm hesitant to go that high. But I do want to have a great month and be lower than ever by my b-day October 1! Long story short, I haven't decided on a goal yet. My official Medifast weigh ins are on Saturdays and they're bold and blue below.
196.4 this morning. staying on those thyroid meds and watching what I'm eating. gotta keep up momentum. I have dinner with bf tonight, and we're going to a french restaurant soooo I gotta save my cals for that. will check back soon

188.4 this morning. Had a stomach issue after lunch yesterday that sent me to the bathroom so I am sure that's why the good number today. Down 1.6 from yesterday. So back in the 180's for now ... let's see if I can do it for the whole weekend
Love - been at this a while now. Just gotta keep on keeping on. I'm aiming gor 175, so just 15lbs. After that I'm going to re-evaluate. I haven't been losing over the summer, but I'm not gaining either, so going to get into gear and beat the beast

Sam 175 sounds like a great beginning goal number. I wonder how attainable that would be in what period of time for me? You exercise, I don't. I know you can do it

invisagirl I wish I was allergic to something (crazy to say I know) but at least that would help me not to eat some things. I don't have acid reflux but it seems everything I eat gives me gas, often uncontrollable. My husband has never said anything about my weight either and he has never had a clue as to how much I weighed until I decided to post a chart in the bathroom. Has your husband ever said anything to you about your weight? or Are your like me and you're very hard on yourself? We are often times our own worse critics, smh. What kind of work do you do? Good job on the 4lbs down.
I am .4 down from yesterday at 188.0. My lost for August is only .2. I am aiming for 185 by Monday though I know it is unrealistic since I have had cheddar popcorn, and a few teddy grahams. It's still early in the day so I hope I can salvage the rest of it some how
