Good morning, Chicks!!!
I am officially re-starting today. I am so bloated from being totally off-plan and I just plain needed to get back on track.
According to the scale this morning, I have gained 20 pounds from the stress eating & bloat.
I feel that at least 5-7 pounds is just water from the salty foods, stress, & hormones.
So it is time to get off my butt, literally!!
I just did a 22-minute jog-walk & while it wasn't as fast nor as long as I was doing a few weeks ago, I did it!!
I will rejoin the challenges in September as I am committed to reaching goal by January 1st!!!
