Welcome!! So we have just a few similarities:) My name is also Amanda, but I am 30. I am also 5'5" but at my heaviest I weighed in a 296 :yikes: Since March I have come down almost 53 pounds! You can do this! This place is amazing with the encouragement. Its also nice to see that we are not the only ones that are dealing with the frustration that is the dieting life. Welcome! I also used food to deal with stress or any other overwhelming emotion. Sometimes I still do. The most important thing is that we keep trying our best!
