So I started on here in 2003. (yikes) At that time i was 226 having lost nearly 100lb.
Slowly over time I let it creep on, I was lazy and greedy. At the back of my mind was the thought that I've lost it before so its not a big deal to lose it again.
By 2010 i was back at 330. I started and failed at many things between 2010 and 2012 but didn't stick to much.
In 2012 I started SlimmingWorld and enjoyed being able to stuff my face.
Over the last 18ish months I've shed over 70lb and taken up jogging.
The big pic is me c. 2010 summer around 330. The thin pic is me 3 weeks ago as i was about to start the first of 3 laps on a 10km cross country circuit.
