Weightloss update pics

So I started on here in 2003. (yikes) At that time i was 226 having lost nearly 100lb.
Slowly over time I let it creep on, I was lazy and greedy. At the back of my mind was the thought that I've lost it before so its not a big deal to lose it again. By 2010 i was back at 330. I started and failed at many things between 2010 and 2012 but didn't stick to much. In 2012 I started SlimmingWorld and enjoyed being able to stuff my face. :D Over the last 18ish months I've shed over 70lb and taken up jogging. The big pic is me c. 2010 summer around 330. The thin pic is me 3 weeks ago as i was about to start the first of 3 laps on a 10km cross country circuit. Weight last thursday 256. |
