Underwater ... I credit 3FC for my success back in 2010 also. I was faithful to me and to the group of supporters that I met when I met Diana. She's a gem, but then I lost focus and for whatever reason I just can't keep it going. I'll do good for a while but then I'm back to where I started.

Hi folks. Still chipping away at my regain. I had a couple of bingey days but I seem to have pulled it back together. And ... I had a couple of dates with a really groovy woman who seems to think I'm pretty hot. So, if that isn't motivation to stick to my plan, I don't know what would be!

Hi Mary to the thread Good job on your weight loss so far

carter, I don't remember what you started the month off at but I will say 168 is pretty great. I know it's not the 150's but you'll get there. You're a go git'er, you've got this and now with new motivation.

Well ending July at 189.6 which is exactly what the scale said at the end of July. How weird but I'll take it. I am gonna cross my fingers for a new low of 2013 tomorrow. I've have got to kick the 190's once and for all.

Best of luck to US ALL for a number that we would love to start the new month out with
