So for the past two weeks or so I've not been on plan.
I just can't the motivation to get on plan and stay on it. It took me 6 months to lose 3 stone and I was so proud of myself, but since then I've just been awful with my food choices. I feel bad after I've eaten it, but I don't seem to be learning from my mistakes.
I'm annoying myself that I can't find the motivation to get back on track.
Any words of advise guys? You always know what to say
