I've been out of the loop for about a month, so I just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I've lost four more pounds which is actually pretty good considering that I haven't been "active" dieting or exercise. So thats just what working has done. Though it's time to get back on the calorie wagon and see if I really can't kick this fat in the butt.
