Hello back again!

I hung around this board about 2 years ago. We don't have much access to Internet so I probably won't post much, only when I can get to the library. I have been reading for weeks and you all have provided lots of motivation to press on! Four years ago I was about 300 pounds and having severe health issues. Still have health issues but much improved with weight loss. Joined again since I know I need encouragement and perhaps I can give some in return.
