good sh*t. damn good Sh*t not as harsh with the side effects as xenadrine but works just aswell. lucking the uk version dont' have much ephadra in them they sub with caffine and various other things. but i mixed xenadrine and hydroxycut. for 3 weeks. and i was buzzing constantly slept about 2-3hours a day. shaking got through a pack of gum a day. cold sweats and things but lost 14lb in that month. wouldn't do it again though just one at a time for me
