The scale is up for the third day in a row, I'm not surprised, I've been eating more and lots of sodium rich food. Lets hope this is just temporary!

Just about back to my lowest weight after the "free-for-all" while camping Funny how it took me about a week to get back after just ONE off plan meal two weeks ago, but four days of eating off plan and it's taken me just two days to get back to my lowest. What's up with that??

I've been avoiding 3FC because of that scarey malware warning. I'm so happy to be able to get here safely again.

I made it to 180.4 on Friday but derailed my trip to the 170s with a massive pigout at my nephew's grad party Saturday night. Picnic food is my nemesis! And homemade ice cream...omg.

I've been teetering on the edge between 170's and 180's for a couple of weeks. Need to bust thru that and get my rear in gear! Either way I'm waiting for you all to go with me too.
