Default Curves workout to do at home..in Woman's World

Hi,

The June 17th issue of Woman's World magazine has a version of the Curves workout you can do at home. The only equipment you need is a chair, and a four foot exercise tube with handles (which they say you can find in stores like Walmart). The exercises don't look hard. They also have an eating plan as well. Thought people who can't fit going there would like the info to do it at home.

Enjoy,
sherry

Thanks so much for the info Suzie...I will have to pick up a copy. I belonged to curves a long time ago, but my checkbook just could not afford it any longer.

Default curves at home

what a great idea wonder if I can still find an Issue. It would be a good way for me to cross-train since they say exercise that changes by not doing the same muscle group fools your body into burning more calories. I do treadmill but am not an upperbody person---but I will try this-Sandy 260/260/150 6/4/2003

Thanks for the heads-up! I've been wondering about the Curves workout, but I'm too cheap and too self-conscious to join a gym
