The June 17th issue of Woman's World magazine has a version of the Curves workout you can do at home. The only equipment you need is a chair, and a four foot exercise tube with handles (which they say you can find in stores like Walmart). The exercises don't look hard. They also have an eating plan as well. Thought people who can't fit going there would like the info to do it at home.

what a great idea wonder if I can still find an Issue. It would be a good way for me to cross-train since they say exercise that changes by not doing the same muscle group fools your body into burning more calories.
