121 days. I lost about 25 pounds about 2 years ago. And then stopped trying. Since mid Jan I've dropped 43 pounds. I haven't lost anything in over a week, but I haven't been diligent. I agree with Vex, maybe it's time for me to stop looking for motivation and focus on commitment.

January 2010. My heaviest weight was 275.
By April of 2011, I was at 185 lbs and so proud!
I took a break, happy with my weight, and before I knew it I was back at 205 by January 2012. I still looked great and felt great, my clothes were a bit tight but I was happy.
Then I gained more, by December of 2012 I was 239. As of this year, I have been bouncing between 239-253.
This Sunday I weighed 252. Today I weigh 247.2, I'm not gaining anymore period.

So in a nutshell, I have been on and off this journey, with goal having been met halfway through it, for 3 years.
Since my restart last Sunday, I have lost 4.8lbs, I'm not going to let myself slip again!

Started on January 2 so almost 5 months. Unless you count the previous 40 years of unsuccessfully managing my weight!

I'd say 25 YEARS lol

always one half-assed attempt after the other, always "this time will be different" mentality but without any real work to MAKE it different lol

Once I did something different, things changed. I've been at goal 3 years now and wonder what the heck took me so long to get here!

I started on March 4 so it will be 3 months on June 4. I've lost almost 20 lbs (should be close to 20 lbs by next weekend) or 1.6 lbs per week on average and I should be reaching onderland within the next two or three weeks. I haven't been in onderland since 2009 (last time I made a serious effort at weight loss).
