You're NOT alone.
Let me see if I can find some youtube videos I was watching earlier.
Here is this guy....TEARING it up! AH-MAZING transformation- 175 pounds lost: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZrasQ...eDZtEw&index=1

And according to youtube- a mere "year" ago- he was SERIOUSLY struggling:

I'm glad to know I'm not alone.

Justbe~~~~ Thats what i do i watch inspirational videos on youtube about peoples weighloss journeys, Everytime they flash through the months you know the work and effort they put into it and you then realize that what your doing now becomes tommarrow what you do tommarrow becomes next week.. you know??

I remember a quote from a self help group

~~ When you feel like giving in to todays struggles and you dont know what to do lean on yesturday cause girl that was a day you made it through ~~~

"IF YOU GIVE INTO THOSE NEGETIVE THOUGHTS IN YOUR MIND AND STOP TRYING TO ACHEIVE YOUR GOAL , YOU'LL BE BACK WHERE YOU STARTED.
AND WHERE YOU STARTED WAS DESPERATELY WISHING YOU WERE WHERE YOU ARE TODAY".
Keep the faith most of all in your self and your abililties, and faith in destiny and your dream keep it up youve done so well ..Dont give up you can do it!!
