199.8 this morning! I'm struggling to hang on to ONE-derland. That is why I have not left this thread yet. I am really retaining fluid too. Sigh...I know this routine. I'll hang around the same weight for a week or two before losing a few pounds. That is the way my weight loss cycles.

My weigh day is Wed, and I was 215.8 - I hope to see at least a pound gone since I didn't lose much the previous week.
NSV though (and this will seem silly to some of you, but it tickled me to no end):
I was at Costco, and some guy about my age CHECKED ME OUT. You know the appreciative up and down stare? I have gotten so used to the "why don't you go somewhere else you cow, you are disgusting" looks that I got before that this totally surprised me. Not a fan of being objectified but I sure felt like something had changed. :-)
cincorn, you're doing wonderfully holding onto One-derland. Our bodies will do what they want, when they want.
llilth, I'm glad you joined this thread! I also miss the 240/230 thread...I still lurk there to see how everyone is doing. There are wonderfully supportive people in this thread, too.
219 today. I'm actually surprised, I expected it to be 220 today; I had a lot of carbs and very little water this weekend. So yay for a happy little surprise, haha!

Good morning everyone :-) Today is weigh day and I'm down 1.4 pounds - now 214.4. My loss is certainly slowing down, but I'm still losing so YAY right?!
Yesterday I caught site of myself in a window as I was walking by and I didn't recognize the reflection. I can't believe the change that my body has undergone and I love it!

This morning the scale showed me 211.0! Moving out of the 2teens into the...whatever that decade is called. 200s? But I've BEEN in the 200s all this time.
At any rate, I saw someone at work today that I don't see often. I haven't worked with him in a over a month, and when he first saw me he actually gaped and his eyes got HUGE. That was awesome.
Hi y'all. I haven't been around much because I've been basically stuck at 213 since the middle of June. For some reason, the scale decided to move this week! I traveled this weekend, and didn't splurge, but I really think I didn't eat enough. I also ended up on a different sleep schedule, rising early before dawn and going to bed a bit earlier. Wonder if that is making the difference? Whatever it is, I'll take it! I want to be in Onderland by Christmas, and I'm on my way!
