Hang in there!
One thing I learned, sometimes you just gotta be patient and give your body a little time to catch up with what you are doing!
I used to have this goofy idea in my head, that if I stuck to the food plan and got some exercise and tracked it all, every time I knew I was good, a pound should go *POOF*! And the fat cells should disappear into whatever black hole they float away to, courtesy of the weight loss fairy.
Does not work that way so much.
Patience! I lost very slowly the last time, but, the good habits have stuck, and I'm maintaining, and it hasn't been the battle it used to be.
5+ year maintainer.
The human body is capable of amazing things! But without the mind, it is nothing. Get your mind in gear and the body will follow!
Be selfish about caring for yourself, you deserve it!
