Question Rollercoaster!

I feel like I am on an emotional rollercoaster. I hate it. I am tired of crying and tired of being in a bad mood. I am tired of being tired. I just want to feel better. Everything hurts. Will this ever get better?

I was like that last week...but I was also on my period and tend to get a little bit theatrical...I'm not suggesting you're being theatrical...just saying that for me, personally, when I start to feel like you are I try to sort through why I'm feeling that way. For me, about five days a month everything makes me angry and cry. I know it sucks when you feel like the mission is hopeless, but just try to remember the reasons your doing this, you won't feel like this forever - look how much you've accomplished already!

I don't know what is making you ride that emotional rollercoaster, but I would most likely guess that it is hormones. As I have lost weight mine have become more balanced; although now I am entering menopause so things will get screwy again. It just takes time for your body to adjust to the continuous changes that the weight loss journey puts it through. Just be patient; it will get better.

Sorry JustB, I didn't see this thread before now. I hope you are feeling better. You are such a sweet person to everyone here at 3FC and it breaks my heart to see you having a tough time.

This weight loss mission we are all on sure is a struggle some days and it can be so exhausting. And that's all before we consider the hormonal changes in our system with the estrogen being flushed out when we lose fat!

Hang in there, sweety. You are doing so great. And we are here for you.

I CAN RELATE IVE BEEN STARTING AND QUITTING FOR WHAT SEEMS LIKE MONTHS NOW. A PERSON HERE SAID TO ME INSTEAD OF HATING YOURSELF LOVE YOUR SELF ..Do something kind for yourself paint your nails go for a walk .... call a friend but don't resort to the old emotional battles we all played with food.. just know your not alone im feeling your pain.. keep at it your weightloss is going great just gotta keep it up.1 second 1 minute at a time

Thanks everyone. I am feeling better (for now ha ha ha)!!! It was a vert emotional week and the day I posted this was the worst! I posted and went to bed instead of eating! I appreciate the kibd words and support from you all. I absolutely could not do this without all of you.

It's Sunday morning and I'm behind on reading posts, but hope that by this morning things are definitely looking up. And congrats on going to bed instead of giving in to eating -- you may have been going through an emotional phase, but your thinking was on target. Hope that today looks much better for you.

I think I've been down all week because the pollen count is out of control here. Not sure if you are in the spring pollen hot zones, but something to consider. I couldn't figure out what was going on and then I logged onto pollen dot com. Oh that's why I feel like garbage lol! Glad you are feeling better.
