My Goals for April

  • I had posted this is "getting out of the 180's" thread, but feel like I need to make it really public in order to coerce me to stick to the programs and hence acheive my goals.


    My Goals for April
    • Weigh 175 by April 30th
    • Do Yoga dvd at least 3 days a week every week.
    • Use foot peddler 3 days a week (opposite days of yoga)
    • Drink 100+ ounces of water daily
    • Do something nice for myself once a week


    Now that losing has become hard, I feel the need to throw down a gauntlet for myself to keep going and get to the next big goal - 100 pounds lost. That goal is only 7.2 pounds away.


    Current Weight: 187.2

  • I would LOVE to weigh 175 by the end of the April. That and continuing to do C25K are my goals
