I gained back some of what I lost last month but I least I have lost 2 lbs again and hoping it continues. Went to buy all my fruits and veggies for the week so now I have no excuse to not eat healthy (Except for all the Halloween candy that my kids will bring home!). Had something healthy all ready to make last night then my husband and I sans kids went to the outlets and we decided to eat at Johnny Rockets. I did not eat healthy at all except for the grilled chicken part, but it was smothered in all kinds of goodies and the onion rings were delish. I did not get one of their shakes though, just had one sip of my hubby's and I was ok with that. Tonight planning on making what was planned for last night. I have a giant salad with rf feta for lunch and had a WW choc. smoothie with spinach ad strawberries for breakfast. Gonna try to stay away from the candy (Like that will happen), but the thought at least is there. Hoping every one has a Happy Halloween!
