I will stay on plan even though my weight has not budged in more than 2 weeks. I know that if i keep stringing days in a row of staying on plan, it will eventually budge.

Staying on plan as I made it through a rough day (mentally) yesterday without reaching for one bite of food not on my plan (I did consider it though and that scared me). Keeping my eye on the prize and nothing can derail me, even mind-over-matter!
1. Today I weighted 250. Tomorrow I really want to start May off in the 240s.
2. I want to be able to wrap a regular towel all the way around me.
3. Planning a trip to the beach for 4th of July weekend, and shooting for 219 by then!
