Default Some questions about Curves for Women....

Someone on another site I go to mentioned that the curves diet is low carbs. I am wondering if there is any where online where it says what kinds of foods are allowed and what aren't.
Also has anyone read the book "Curves: Permanent Results Without Permanent Dieting" by Gary Heavin? Did you find it helpful? Does it explain the Curves Diet/Plan in the book?

Does one need to join Curves to learn about the diet?

Any additional info you have would be great. Thanx for your help.

I don't think you're even required to do the Curves diet when you join Curves, but I could be wrong...

The curves diet is optional. I haven't read the book. But I believe that they try to "type" you with a series of questions. Some people fall into the low carb - but some don't.

I have the old curves book and it is a normal low carb diet. They allow you to have some carbs and the list of stuff your not allowed is small. I find it helpfull.
