Hi, I'm back. I use to come here quite a bit a few years ago but I got pregnant, fell off the wagon, gained everything back and some more. I'm really struggling with staying on the wagon right now. I'm an emotional eater and I have to get that in check.
I need some ideas for rewards. I'm trying to take this 20-25lbs at a time. I need to lose about 125. I need to set rewards to make myself stick to my goals. Give me some ideas. Thanks.
