Very humid out this morning!! I upped the intervals & survived!!!
Now I am trying to decide how to proceed for Friday & Saturday. I really think I am going to stick with my original plan for next week to do all 2-minute jog/1-minute walk intervals, especially after today.
I will know for sure after Saturday's workout.
05/02: 3.35 miles 40:55 walk-jog with 13 total minutes of jogging (seven 60 second intervals; four 90 second intervals)
05/03: 3.48 miles 40:56 walk-jog with eleven 90-second intervals for a total of 16 minutes of jogging
05/04: 3.33 miles 40:37 walk-jog 90-second intervals
05/07: 2.18 miles 26:08 walk-jog 90-second intervals
05/09: 3.48 miles 40:53 walk-jog 90-second intervals
05/10: 3.39 miles 40:47 walk-jog 90-second intervals
05/14: 3.51 miles 40:42 walk-jog 90-second intervals
05/15: 3.47 miles 41:00 walk-jog 90-second intervals
