Default Oil

My body has made it dramatically known that it does not like oil and grease anymore. If I eat anything greasy my stomach becomes pretty upset and this has all happened after I started watching what i eat... Anyone else physically rejecting oil?

I bring this up because I decided to be bad at the movie theater and have a small popcorn. Now my stomach is super angry at me D:. I wish I coudl show it my calorie diary and prove that we're still ok lol.

Fast food, greasy foods, higher than normal fat amounts, even healthier fats, they all affect me badly. Even a small serving of fries makes me a bit queasy and extra gassy. I guess it's a good thing, it would make it harder to eat totally off plan for a few days in a row, on the other hand, eating it makes it less likely I'll be in the mood for the prep work involved in healthy foods, so it could become a vicious cycle.

I'm the opposite. As I started lowering the starches and sugars I ate, I slowly increased my fat intake. Emphasis on "slowly". Now I have no problem with fatty foods. It's when I eat a high-carb meal (like Pho noodle soup, or baked beans, or too much rice) that I feel icky.
