- even though I scale says I gained four pounds since yesterday - I am grateful that I know it isn't all fat... it's probably a combo of alot of salt yesterday and some medicine I am taking. Still is frustrating because I go see the dietician this morning.

+ checked my Air Miles account and I see some flights in my future - maybe Nanaimo in March?
