I have a great pair of black dressy Bermuda shorts that i'm dying to wear this summer. Actually to be able to wear shorts and have them look really good is one of my reasons to stay on plan !

because I want to not only prove to myself that i CAN do it, but i want to prove to certain family members that no matter what excuse they use.. its still an excuse.

I also want sexy arms again.. and a sexy muscular back when i flex.
