So, my 9 yr old daughter and I are both gluten intolerant. We've been replacing gluten with gf products, hit and miss taste wise. I was reading the ingredient list on a package of GF english muffins, they actually taste wonderful! But, they have potato starches, corn products. My concern is the affect of the potato/corn starches and flours on sugar levels. Do any of my fellow chicks with more science happen to know how this could affect me and her? I'm not concerned with her weight, she's 9 with a healthy food relationship, however I also don't want to set her up with any issues down the road. Thanks ladies!
